Identify the UKG product before choosing a login
UKG is a family of workforce products, so a generic login link can be wrong even when it is genuinely controlled by UKG. UKG Pro—the product many people still call UltiPro—starts at welcome.ultipro.com and asks for a Company Access Code. UKG Ready organizations use a path shaped like secureN.saashr.com/ta/{company-short-name}. UKG Pro Workforce Management, formerly Dimensions, commonly uses an organization-specific mykronos.com host or a vanity URL. Workforce Central may be employer-hosted or use another designated access point.
Start with the product name in the employer's onboarding material, schedule notice, or mobile setup. Do not guess the secureN shard, company short name, or mykronos tenant. People also describe these doors as “ukg pro login,” “ultipro login,” “ukg dimensions login,” “kronos login,” “ukg ready login,” or “mykronos login.” Those phrases are search clues, not interchangeable domains. The verified destination card above is deliberately labeled UKG Pro only.

02 · safe sign-in sequence
A six-step UKG sign-in sequence
The safest UKG workflow begins by matching the product family and employer route; entering credentials comes later.
- 01
Check the employer's message or internal portal for the exact product: UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Pro Workforce Management/Dimensions, or Workforce Central.
- 02
Open that employer-provided access point. Use welcome.ultipro.com only for UKG Pro, not as a substitute for every UKG product.
- 03
Verify the host and routing value. Pro asks for Company Access Code; Ready uses Company Short Name and region in mobile; WFM uses the organization tenant.
- 04
Continue with the organization-issued username or email. If an employer SSO page appears, confirm that it belongs to the employer before entering company credentials.
- 05
Complete only the MFA challenge selected by the product and employer. Never infer that UKG Pro Learning's authenticator options apply to Ready or core Pro.
- 06
After entry, confirm the expected employer, role, and workforce product. Save the correct access point so future sessions do not depend on a broad web search.
03 · documented security path
MFA documentation is product-specific
Documented methods in the reviewed scope: UKG Ready: codes delivered by text, email, and other organization-enabled methods, UKG Pro Learning: authentication app, email code, or Learning mobile-device confirmation. Availability can still depend on the product, tenant, account type, or organization policy described below.
UKG Ready documentation confirms two-factor activity and organization-enabled delivery methods, but the public material reviewed does not publish a universal employee setup path. Its named paths—My Reports > System Reports > System Utilities > Global Access and Two-Factor Request Log—are administrator reporting routes, not instructions for an employee to enroll a factor.
UKG Pro Learning does publish an exact route: UKG Learning > My Avatar > Settings > View account settings > Multi-Factor Authentication. It can use an authentication app, email code, or Learning mobile-device confirmation. That path belongs only to the Learning product. For core Pro, Ready, WFM, and Workforce Central, follow the screen or employer instructions and retain “path unknown” unless new UKG-controlled documentation confirms more.
04 · what to look for
Controls on the verified UKG Pro entry screen
- 01Company Access Code
- 02Next
- 03What is my Company Access Code?
The official UKG Pro welcome page names Company Access Code, Next, and What is my Company Access Code? These controls establish company routing before personal authentication. Seeing different labels is not automatically suspicious—it may mean the employer uses Ready, WFM, Workforce Central, or SSO—but it is a reason to compare the page with the employer's known access instructions.
05 · service-specific lures
Recognize fake UKG recruiting messages
A fake UKG job offer arrives through a false website or email and asks for personal or financial information or payment.
A supposed UKG recruiter asks a candidate to book travel through an outside agency and promises reimbursement.
UKG's hiring-process page warns that fraudulent job offers purporting to be from UKG can arrive through false websites or emails and ask for personal information, financial information, or payment. That is a documented UKG impersonation pattern, but it concerns candidate recruiting rather than an employee's UKG tenant. Verify a recruiting contact through UKG's careers page before sharing information or money.
UKG also identifies a travel-booking variation: a supposed recruiter directs a candidate to an outside travel agency and promises reimbursement. UKG says legitimate candidate travel is arranged by an internal UKG representative. Neither warning proves that an unexpected payroll or timecard message is a known UKG campaign, so employee-login suspicions should still be checked through the employer's saved HR or IT channel.
06 · locked-account plan
The employer controls UKG access
Use the Forgot Password or account-help control on the employer's exact product tenant when it is available. If the tenant is unknown, the username no longer works, or the reset route is hidden by SSO, contact the employer's HR administrator, manager, or IT help desk. UKG's support page says it does not manage individual employee login credentials through its public support channel. The company also decides the authoritative directory and can tell you whether recovery belongs in UKG or its identity provider.
07 · passkey status
Passkey status: not confirmed
This guide does not claim current passkey support for UKG. A security key, device approval, or biometric prompt is not automatically a passkey, and an old product announcement is not enough to establish current availability.
No UKG-controlled public source reviewed on September 6, 2026 confirmed an end-user FIDO/WebAuthn passkey feature or settings path across UKG Pro, Ready, Pro Workforce Management, or Workforce Central. Do not label mobile biometrics, an SSO provider's passkey, or the separate Learning MFA flow as native UKG passkey support.

UKG login questions
Is there one login page for every UKG customer?
No. Pro, Ready, Pro Workforce Management/Dimensions, and Workforce Central have different routing schemes. Use the product and exact access point supplied by the employer.
What is a UKG Pro Company Access Code?
It is an employer-specific routing value entered at welcome.ultipro.com before user authentication. It is not a universal UKG code or necessarily the employee's username.
What is a UKG Ready Company Short Name?
It identifies the organization's Ready tenant. UKG's mobile example derives it from the employer's desktop tenant path; use the supplied value and region rather than guessing.
Are UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro Workforce Management different logins?
Dimensions is now named UKG Pro Workforce Management. Existing mykronos.com or employer vanity URLs may remain the correct access point despite the newer product name.
Who can reset a UKG employee account?
The employer controls employee credentials and recovery. Use tenant self-service if offered; otherwise contact HR, a manager, or IT rather than asking UKG's public support site for individual credentials.
