A personal Amazon shopping account is a different identity context. Recover the identity that owns access
For active-employee alias trouble, start with Forgot alias? and the help available from the actual A to Z screen. The alumni help describes a Forgot your password? email-PIN route and says a new password can take up to two hours to take effect. That timing belongs to the documented alumni workflow, not every employee login. If the registered email is inaccessible, or unexpected codes keep arriving, use My HR Live Support from the official help page rather than a phone number in the unexpected message.
