A supposed recruiter asking you to disclose employee credentials or move to an unfamiliar account portal should be verified through the real hiring organization. Existing UPSers recovery belongs to the employee support relationship, not to a recruiting conversation.

Recover the identity that owns access
Use the UPSers Password Reset and general-help pages to distinguish password problems from first-time registration, an unavailable MFA device, or a retiree access issue. Recovery depends on the UPS-managed identity and the verification methods already associated with it. A changed phone is therefore different from a forgotten password. Is my UPS tracking number the login?
