Choose the correct account door
Quizizz account login now opens Wayground at wayground.com/login. The official Terms identify Quizizz Inc. as doing business as Wayground, formerly Quizizz, which explains the change in name. The login page offers provider choices and a separate Enter join code control. A familiar Quizizz search phrase can therefore lead to a Wayground account page without implying that a third party has taken over the login.
Teacher account management, student account access, and joining a classroom activity are different tasks. Select the sign-in method previously associated with the account, such as Google, Microsoft, or email. A school may manage the provider identity and its permissions. The Wayground name on a shared quiz does not make the quiz author an official support contact, and a class code is not a replacement for an account password.
People search for “Quizizz join”, “Quizizz login for teachers”, “Quizizz for students”, “Quizizz code”, “Quizizz dashboard”, “Quizizz Admin”, “Quizizz for Teacher”, “Wayground”. Those phrases are search clues, not domains.

02 · safe sign-in sequence
A six-step sign-in sequence
- 01
Open the official Quizizz login and confirm the redirect to wayground.com/login. Use the documented brand change to identify the destination rather than relying on an old logo.
- 02
If you only need a teacher's activity, use Enter join code as instructed. Check whether account sign-in is actually required before creating or recovering a separate account.
- 03
For an existing account, choose Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or the provider method already used. Verify the school or personal profile selected by that provider.
- 04
Choose Continue with Email when the account uses the email route. Follow the controls shown for that identity instead of entering a classroom code into an account field.
- 05
If the provider rejects access, use the provider or school recovery route. If the problem occurs within Wayground, use Wayground help and identify the original sign-in method.
- 06
Confirm that you reached the intended teacher or student context. On a shared classroom device, end the session and ask an adult for help with unfamiliar account requests.
03 · documented security path
Security methods and their scope
Current methods: unknown. No official step-by-step source strong enough for a method claim was verified through 2026-09-10. That is an evidence boundary, not a claim that Quizizz lacks two-factor authentication.
The reviewed Wayground public material does not establish a universal native two-factor configuration path. Google or Microsoft may present additional verification for the identity used to reach Wayground; those prompts belong to the provider or the school's policy. Do not describe a provider passkey prompt as proof of a separate Wayground security feature. For a managed student account, the school should resolve provider restrictions or identity changes.
04 · what to look for
Controls on the official route
- 01Continue with Google
- 02Continue with Email
- 03Continue with Microsoft
Continue with Email starts the email account route, Continue with Google selects that provider identity, and Enter join code separates activity participation from account management. Continue with Microsoft is another visible option. These labels answer different needs and are not interchangeable recovery tools.
05 · service-specific lures
Two patterns to recognize
Wayground's Terms prohibit user content that engages in phishing.
The Terms also prohibit content that disguises or spoofs its origin.
Wayground's Terms prohibit user content that engages in phishing. A shared resource that directs you to provide account credentials on an unfamiliar page should be checked through the teacher or official help. This is a defensive application of the platform's content rules, not an assertion that every shared classroom link is unsafe.
The Terms also prohibit content that disguises or spoofs its origin. A resource or message presented as school administration or Wayground support should not be trusted merely because its title uses that name. Reopen the official account page and verify unusual requests with the responsible teacher or school before disclosing information.
06 · locked-account plan
Recover the identity that owns access
First identify whether the account normally uses email, Google, Microsoft, or another provider. A provider-owned password or school restriction needs the corresponding provider or school support route. For email-account trouble within Wayground, start from the official login's email route and its current help controls. The exact email-reset sequence was not established in the reviewed public scope, so no guessed recovery URL is supplied. Describe the method and failed step to official help without including a password or one-time code.
07 · passkey status
Passkey status: not confirmed
This guide does not claim current passkey support for Quizizz. A security key, device approval, or biometric prompt is not automatically a passkey, and an old product announcement is not enough to establish current availability.
Native Wayground passkey support and a current enrollment path remain unverified here. The ability to use a passkey with a connected Google or Microsoft account concerns that provider identity. Keep its recovery options available instead of assuming Wayground can reset it.

Account-access questions
Why does Quizizz login open Wayground?
Wayground's official Terms identify the service as Quizizz Inc. doing business as Wayground, formerly Quizizz. The reviewed Quizizz login redirects to wayground.com/login, where the current account controls are displayed.
Should students sign in or enter a code?
Follow the teacher's instructions for the activity. Enter join code is separate from teacher or student account management, so identify the task before attempting to recover an account unnecessarily.
Can teachers continue with Google?
Continue with Google is visible on the current login page. Choose the Google identity associated with the existing account, and follow school policy if that identity is managed by an organization.
What if Microsoft authentication fails?
Resolve a provider password, device, or school-policy problem through the Microsoft or school support route that owns that identity. A Wayground class code cannot repair a rejected provider sign-in.
Is every Quizizz-branded resource official support?
No. The service includes user-created educational content, and its Terms prohibit phishing and spoofed origins. Verify account requests through the real login or your school instead of trusting a resource title alone.
