Spark Driver is app-first. Begin with the official Spark Driver sign-up page operated by Walmart, then follow its Apple App Store or Google Play route. The reviewed first-party material refers to a Spark Driver App website for account status, but it does not expose a stable public browser-login URL appropriate for a universal login button. The mobile app is therefore the conservative destination.
The driver account is personal rather than attached to an employer tenant. During enrollment, the driver chooses a geographic zone and provides an email address, phone number and identity information. The email entered when the account is created becomes the login identifier. Official help says that login email cannot later be changed, even though a separate communications email can be updated.
Account access, enrollment status, Spark Now, offers and support remain within the Spark Driver ecosystem. OnePay Cash or another earnings provider can introduce a separate financial identity; it should not be presented as the Spark Driver login. A legacy DDI portal is also unconfirmed in current first-party material.

Use this six-step sequence for an enrolled Spark Driver account. Waitlist or screening status can limit the app without indicating that authentication failed.

Open Spark Driver's official sign-up page and use its store link to install or update the app. Avoid downloaded installation files, unofficial DDI pages and services that promise automatic access to delivery offers.

Open the app and choose Sign up or log in. Confirm that the service identifies Spark Driver and Walmart before entering the personal account email; there is no employer or store-specific tenant address to select.

Enter the exact email used during enrollment and the account password. Do not substitute the changeable communications email if it differs, because the original login email is documented as immutable.

Complete the one-time verification code sent to the phone number linked to the account. If the platform requests real-time identity verification, follow the in-app selfie and driver's-license prompts; official help says this confirms the account owner.

Official help documents a phone verification code during sign-in and password recovery. Spark Driver also periodically uses a real-time selfie and driver's-license check. Walmart's safeguarding article describes multi-factor authentication, device controls and identity safeguards used against account sharing and bots.
No reviewed page identifies a user-facing path for enabling, disabling or changing a persistent 2FA method. The accurate status is partial: verification mechanisms are confirmed, but a configurable settings menu is unknown. Do not describe the selfie check as a passkey or as a substitute for the phone code.

Reject fake support calls and account-sharing offers
A caller claiming to be Spark Driver support asks for the driver's user ID or password.
An offer to rent, share, buy, or automate a Spark Driver account, including bot access intended to capture offers.
Spark Driver explicitly warns about callers who claim to represent the platform and ask for the user ID or password. Do not provide either credential. End the call and open Help or CHAT NOW inside the verified app when support is actually needed.
A second service-specific lure is an offer to rent, share, buy or automate a Spark Driver account, often framed as easier access to delivery offers. Spark Driver identifies account sharing and bots as fraudulent activity addressed by MFA, device and identity controls; its terms require the account owner to log in personally. This is a fraud lure rather than a conventional phishing email.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password?, choose email or phone for the verification code, enter the code, tap CONTINUE, create a compliant password, and select Create your new password and sign in. Use Get another code if the first code does not arrive.
Walmart controls the Spark Driver credential and linked phone verification. If access to the immutable enrollment mailbox is lost, official help directs the driver to recover that mailbox with its provider. For platform help, use in-app chat or the documented Driver Support number, (833) 848-1160.

Passkeys remain unconfirmed
This guide does not claim current passkey support for Spark Driver. A security key, device approval, or biometric prompt is not automatically a passkey, and an old product announcement is not enough to establish current availability.
No reviewed Spark Driver page confirms passkey creation, passkey sign-in or a settings path. Keep the status unknown.
