Amazon Flex is an app-first service, not a conventional browser dashboard. Begin at the official U.S. Amazon Flex download page, which sends a phone to the Amazon Flex listing in the Apple App Store or Google Play. The reviewed public pages did not expose a stable browser sign-in form that should replace the app as the main destination.
The delivery-partner profile uses an Amazon account. Amazon Flex tells drivers to choose Sign in with Amazon and use the email address associated with that account. Amazon's own account-closure help also lists the Amazon Flex account among the services affected when the underlying Amazon account is closed, reinforcing that the two identities are linked.
Inside Flex, onboarding, region selection, offers, Schedule, Calendar and Your Dashboard belong to the delivery-partner workflow. Amazon.com > Your Account > Login & security is the separate place for the underlying password, email, two-step verification and Amazon-account passkey. Keep those two surfaces distinct when troubleshooting.

Use this six-step sequence for an existing U.S. delivery-partner account. Enrollment availability and regions are handled after the app opens.

Open the official Amazon Flex download page on the phone. Follow its Apple App Store or Google Play control instead of installing a package from a message, ad, file-sharing site or third-party block service.

Open Amazon Flex and choose Sign in with Amazon. Do not substitute a search result that offers a browser account page; the verified Flex FAQ places the sign-in and onboarding workflow in the mobile app.

Enter the email address tied to the Amazon account originally used for Flex. General Amazon sign-in may recognize a registered mobile number, but Flex's own recovery instructions specifically anchor the delivery account to its associated email.

Complete the Amazon-account security challenge shown. It may be a password and two-step-verification code. A passkey may work on supported Amazon surfaces, but direct passkey acceptance by the Flex app remains unconfirmed.

Confirm that the app shows the expected delivery-partner profile, service area and controls such as Offers, Schedule, Calendar or Your Dashboard. If it shows Join List, the chosen region is not currently recruiting; that is not a login failure.

Two-step verification belongs to the Amazon account
Documented methods in the reviewed scope: SMS security code, Automated voice-call security code, Authenticator app, Backup phone or authenticator method. Availability can still depend on the product, tenant, account type, or organization policy described below.
Amazon documents two-step verification under Account & Lists > Your Account > Login & security > Advanced Security Settings > Edit > Get Started. Available methods include text message, automated voice call and an authenticator app, with a backup method required. Because Flex signs in with Amazon, this protects the identity used by the driver.
No reviewed first-party page exposes a separate Flex-only 2FA switch or settings menu. Photo and driver's-license checks inside Flex verify the delivery partner, but they should not be described as a user-configurable replacement for Amazon-account two-step verification.

Sign in with Amazon begins authentication, Forgot password starts Amazon-controlled recovery, and Join List records interest when a region has no openings. Once approved, Offers, Schedule, Calendar and Your Dashboard orient the delivery workflow. These labels help identify the intended path, but the official app source and expected Amazon sign-in remain the stronger safety checks.

Distrust urgent support stories and outside credential forms
A fake Amazon customer-support call, message, or website claims an urgent account problem, refund, or locked account and asks for credentials or a security code.
A fake Amazon-branded email or site requests the Amazon login, payment details, or gift-card codes outside the normal Amazon sign-in flow.
One relevant lure is an Amazon-branded call, text or page claiming a locked account, refund or urgent support problem and asking for the password or one-time security code. Amazon tells customers to verify communications in the Amazon Message Center rather than trust the inbound contact.
Another is a fake Amazon site or email requesting login details, payment information or gift-card codes outside the normal Amazon flow. These warnings apply to the Amazon account used by Flex; the reviewed first-party sources do not document a Flex-driver-only phishing campaign. Likewise, reports about services promising delivery blocks are not upgraded into a phishing claim without direct official evidence.

Reset the Amazon identity, then check Flex status
In Amazon Flex, sign out, choose Sign in with Amazon, and tap Forgot password. Follow Amazon's verification instructions, then return to Flex with the recovered account. Current Amazon help distinguishes password, one-time-code and saved-passkey sign-in paths.
If Amazon authentication succeeds but Flex remains disabled or the profile is wrong, contact Flex Support rather than creating another account. The official FAQ permits only one Flex account and lists 888-281-6906 plus amazonflex-support@amazon.com for access help.

Amazon passkeys are confirmed; Flex acceptance is not
This guide does not claim current passkey support for Amazon Flex. A security key, device approval, or biometric prompt is not automatically a passkey, and an old product announcement is not enough to establish current availability.
Amazon-account passkeys can be set up from Your Account > Login & Security > Set up next to Passkeys on supported Amazon browser and app surfaces. Amazon's current sign-in help also recognizes a saved passkey. Neither source names Amazon Flex as a supported relying app, so do not promise that a passkey will directly open Flex; retain the app-level status as unknown.

Amazon Flex login questions
Where is the official Amazon Flex login?
Use the official download page to install Amazon Flex, then choose Sign in with Amazon inside the app. No stable public browser login was verified as a safer primary destination.
Do I need a separate Flex password?
The official FAQ documents an existing or newly created Amazon account for Flex, not a separate Flex password. Its email and Amazon-controlled security settings govern sign-in.
How do I reset the password?
Sign out of Flex, choose Sign in with Amazon, tap Forgot password and complete Amazon's recovery flow. Contact Flex Support if the recovered identity still cannot open the driver profile.
Why does the app show Join List?
The selected service area has no current delivery openings. Amazon says it will email when opportunities become available; Join List is an availability state, not evidence that the password failed.
Can a passkey open Amazon Flex?
Unknown. Passkeys are confirmed for the underlying Amazon account on named supported surfaces, but current first-party material does not specifically confirm the Flex app.
