The creator form links Forgot your password? to app.kajabi.com/password/new. Use the email associated with that creator account, then follow the official reset message. If a creator loses access to the enrolled second factor, use the recovery code or Kajabi's documented support route. Course members should contact the business that provides the course and use its member-account process. Recovering a Google identity, a Kajabi administration identity, and a course-site membership are separate tasks even when the same person owns all three.
