01 · verified destination

Use SAP Concur's safe sign-in router

Start at SAP Concur's official sign-in page at www.concursolutions.com. Its Sign in here and Log in to your account controls route to the product host. SAP Help also identifies https://www.concursolutions.com/nui/signin as the public product sign-in URL. If that direct page does not open, return to the support page and use one of its named sign-in controls.

SAP Concur uses shared identity routing rather than a public tenant hostname. A username, verified work email, or company SSO code can reveal the company-configured provider. Concur Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request can share one profile according to employer permissions. Mobile has Company Sign On, and an enabled web-to-mobile QR flow lives under Profile > Profile Settings > SAP Concur mobile app > Mobile App Sign in. The Community remains a separate site and account surface.

People also describe this destination as 'concur login,' 'sap concur login,' 'concursolutions login,' 'concur expense login,' 'concur travel login,' 'concur mobile login' or 'concur sso login.' Those phrases are search clues, not alternative verified domains.

02 · safe sign-in sequence

Let the company policy choose native login or SSO

Use this six-step flow whether the employer exposes Concur's native credentials or redirects to its identity provider.

  1. 01

Open SAP Concur's verified end-user support page and choose Sign in here, or use the known company portal. This avoids relying on an unverified search advertisement.

  2. 02

Confirm that product sign-in goes to www.concursolutions.com or that the employer portal goes to its known identity provider. A misspelled derivative domain is not equivalent.

  3. 03

Enter the Concur Login ID, verified work email, or company SSO code requested by the page, then choose Next so Concur can expose the configured route.

  4. 04

For native sign-in, enter the Concur password. For Company Sign On or another SSO option, authenticate only on the employer's approved identity-provider page.

  5. 05

Native users enter the six-digit authenticator-app code. SSO users follow the provider's separate MFA policy and do not configure Concur-native 2FA.

  6. 06

Confirm the expected company and Concur products after entry. Bookmark the verified route, sign out on shared equipment, and use Company Notes for internal support contacts.

03 · documented security path

Native Concur accounts use authenticator-app 2FA

Settings path First native username/password sign-in > emailed Set Up Two-Factor Authentication link (when email validation is required) > password > Set Up Two-Factor Authentication page > scan QR code or Set up manually with a key > enter six-digit Authentication Code

Documented methods in the reviewed scope: Six-digit time-based one-time code from a third-party authenticator app. Availability can still depend on the product, tenant, account type, or organization policy described below.

SAP Concur requires two-factor authentication for users who sign in with a Concur username and password. At first sign-in, the user may receive a Set Up Two-Factor Authentication email link, enter the password, reach the setup page, scan its QR code or use the manual key, and enter a six-digit Authentication Code from a third-party authenticator app.

A native user can request a 2FA reset from a web-browser sign-in, with delivery to Email 1 or Email 2 when configured. An administrator uses the user's User Account or User Details page > MFA Reset > Reset. Company SSO takes precedence: those users authenticate under the identity provider and do not set up Concur-native 2FA.

04 · what to look for

Three controls that show where routing occurs

  • 01Next
  • 02Sign in With an Email Link
  • 03Company Sign On

Next continues after a username, verified email, or SSO code and lets the site reveal the configured authentication route. Sign in With an Email Link offers a one-time native-account link that expires after one hour. Company Sign On is the SSO choice in the mobile app. These controls are not interchangeable with a Community login.

05 · service-specific lures

Check derivative domains and urgent account messages

Pattern 1

Fake SAP Concur login site on a misspelled, unusual, or false derivative domain, reached from an email link.

Pattern 2

Urgent SAP Concur-branded email asking the recipient to open a link/attachment or disclose a password or credit-card number.

SAP Concur warns about fake sign-in sites on misspelled, unusual, or false derivative domains reached from email. Its security guide gives lookalike sender-domain behavior such as sapcorp.org and cautions against domains that borrow the Concur name. Open the official support router or a trusted company SSO bookmark and inspect the registrable domain before entering credentials.

A second pattern is an urgent Concur-branded email asking the recipient to open a link or attachment or disclose a password or credit-card number. SAP Concur says it will never ask users to reveal a password or card number and identifies urgency, new senders, links, and attachments as warning signs. Verify the supposed task inside the known Concur account and report the message through the company's established channel.

06 · locked-account plan

Reset native credentials or follow company SSO recovery

For a native profile, enter the Login ID, choose Next, then Forgot your password? and request the email reset link. Forgot username can email the Login ID when the company permits it. Sign in With an Email Link is another documented native option and expires after one hour.

If native reset is disabled, the work email is unverified, or SSO controls the profile, contact the company's help desk, travel/expense department, or Concur site administrator. Company Notes may name the internal contact. The employer controls user creation, Login IDs, SSO, and recovery permissions; its identity provider is authoritative for federated users.

07 · passkey status

Passkeys are not confirmed for shared Concur sign-in

This guide does not claim current passkey support for SAP Concur. A security key, device approval, or biometric prompt is not automatically a passkey, and an old product announcement is not enough to establish current availability.

No SAP Concur-controlled public page reviewed on September 6, 2026 confirmed FIDO/WebAuthn passkeys for the shared sign-in or provided a passkey settings path. The web-to-mobile QR flow transfers an authenticated session; it is not described as a passkey. An employer IdP may independently offer passkeys for SSO.

SAP Concur login questions

What is the safe SAP Concur sign-in destination?

Use the SAP Concur end-user support page and choose Sign in here. SAP Help also identifies concursolutions.com/nui/signin as the product endpoint; if it does not open, return to the support route.

Can a verified email replace the username?

Yes in supported flows, including mobile, when the work email is verified in the Concur profile. The employer still defines the account and available routing.

Is native Concur 2FA mandatory?

It is required for Concur username/password sign-in and uses a six-digit authenticator-app code. SSO users instead follow their company's identity-provider policy.

How do I reset a forgotten Concur password?

Enter the Login ID, choose Next, then Forgot your password? to request an email. If the company disables native reset or requires SSO, contact its help desk.

Is SAP Concur Community the same account?

Do not assume so. SAP Concur explicitly describes the Community as a separate site that does not itself open the user's product profile.

10 · continue safely

Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk cover other business platforms, while Paycom, Okta, and NetSuite can sit near an employer's expense workflow. Each keeps a distinct tenant, SSO, and recovery boundary.
